Was ist EMBRACE?<\/h2>\n

Der EMBRACE-Test ist ein nicht-invasiver Test, mit dem die genetische Belastung von Embryonen bestimmt werden kann, ohne dass eine Biopsie erforderlich ist<\/strong>. Durch die Analyse des N\u00e4hrbodens, in dem sie gewachsen sind, k\u00f6nnen die Embryonen f\u00fcr den Transfer bevorzugt werden, um eine Schwangerschaft mit einem gesunden Baby zu erreichen.<\/p>\n

Wie wird EMBRACE durchgef\u00fchrt?<\/h2>\n

Es wird ein In-vitro-Fertilisationszyklus durchgef\u00fchrt, bei dem die Embryonen entweder durch klassische IVF oder ICSI befruchtet<\/strong> und kultiviert werden k\u00f6nnen. Am 4. Tag der Entwicklung werden sie einzeln auf eine neue Kulturplatte \u00fcbertragen, denn von diesem Tag an steigt die Menge der von ihnen abgesonderten DNA exponentiell an. Im Blastozystenstadium wird der Embryo vitrifiziert und der Tropfen, in dem er heranwuchs, wird entnommen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dieser Tropfen Kulturmedium wird zur Analyse geschickt, und das Ergebnis gibt Aufschluss dar\u00fcber, ob die Anzahl der Chromosomen korrekt ist. Dies sind die Embryonen, die \u00fcbertragen werden sollen.
Es ist nun auch m\u00f6glich, dieses Verfahren an bereits vitrifizierten Embryonen durchzuf\u00fchren<\/strong>.
